Randi M Dorsey developed a love for food and entertaining at a very young age. It was no surprise to family and friends when she decided to turn her hobby into a lucrative business. Randi managed to turn one baby shower, which she cooked for on the fly, into a full schedule of dinners, showers and Christmas parties every year. Her dishes capture the soul of the North and the South, fused with a twist of her original flair.

In 2006 Randi founded RMashelle Personal Chef & Catering, hosting parties of 100 guests or less, offering customized menus for banquet style, table service, bar tending and private dinners. She is also an annual sponsor of Ales for Ashley and several other non-profit organizations and local youth sports associations. Randi stays up to speed with the ever changing food and liquor industry by regularly attending local classes and also working with notable chefs in Miami as well as Las Vegas. Her plans are to open restaurants all over the world ranging from family style to classy chic.

Randi has become a food mentor to many busy moms that she meets at work, school or youth sporting events. Her evenings are often spent returning calls and emails to friends looking for recipes or for ideas on how to make tasty but quick dishes for the family. Be on the lookout for her YouTube channel, where she will be spicing it up in the kitchen with some of her favorite chefs, friends, family and even children!

A close knit family has been the key to Randi’s local success. Her family works together to create meals that warm the heart, bring people closer and hosting parties to remember. “As a child I always came home to the smell of sultry cuisine and smooth tunes on the radio. To this day my family gathers and with no pre-planning we end up in the kitchen, sipping wine and creating a festive meal. My true love will always be creating a smile, one forkful at a time.
